The positive thing about exam preparation
The positive thing about exam preparation
The word "exam" gives an almost immediate negative image and impression, doesn't it? So what's so positive about exams, or preparation for exam?
Great deal! At least for my classmates here at theological college =) While we mug, mug, mug, we discover and got to know one another better. It's simply amazing how a few days of studying together, sharing our exam preparation notes with each other can instantly create a kind of love, unity and bonding =) Our lecturers always remind us - it's not about getting good grades and be a cut above the others, it's a journey we are all taking together, and learning to look out for one another. That's what ministry is actually all about too - JOY, aka Jesus, Others, You!
Though a part-timer and felt somewhat "left-out" when I'm not around in campus where the fun is, it was just so easy to blend into the entire group - lunch, coffee breaks, then down Trinity mountain and "wanna go .... and study together?", talking nonsense over msn when we see each other logging on to tease and de-stress *wink*
I love my classmates and I thank God that He put all of us together - it's simply unique in terms of dynamics - I can't explain it =) and I heard we've got quite a "reputation" with the college lecturers - a good reputation, so to say *SMILE*
I know everyone of us wants to give our best shot and get as best a grade as we can, but I'm gald that in the midst of pursuing our goals, we still choose to look out for each other and share so freely =)
