Therapeutic de-stressor

Everyone has stress - how do you manage them? Eat to your hearts' content ... shop your wallet dry ... scream your lungs out ... sleep your troubles away? Well, whatever it is, the end goal is to be free from stress for at least a while before plunging your feet into the rat race again.

I think the most "convenient" and "easiest" destressor seems to be food - no wonder the seniors kept "warning" us about how much weight they've put on ever since beginning their journey in theological college =)

V, B & myself had a good lunch after a morning of discussion - our brains desperately needed that kind of nourishment =) And though I'm not one who "live to eat", off I went too, for a good dinner with a friend whom I have not catch up with for a while ... for a "mini" shopping spree ... for sinful craving into cheesecakes and ice-cream ... and for a good spa treatment - what could be more heavenly than that? =)

Stresses of life - and therapeutic destressors, we need a balance of both =)
