Holidays, finally!!

Holidays, finally!!

Well, holidays had actually officially started on 9 Nov, but for me because of the grace and extension given by my lecturers in view of my injury, holidays have not yet begun, in the sense of the word.

Imagine the agony of writing when everyone of my classmates had already handed up their papers, and enjoying their well-deserved break ... imagine the strain caused by the left elbow and the frustration of being handicapped in typing/reading (holding on to notes/books, etc)/cross-referencing, etc ... sigh*

Well, finally!! I've completed all my papers and handed them in, including my Field Education report. Now, I'm really on holiday!! But yet, my prayer is that I will not let this holiday period zoom past me in such futile manner (ie. not spending time to revise some of my work, especially Greek) - truly, I hope to be able to spend time with God, and do some readings that I've wanted but can't due to the heavy load during semester time.

Thank God for breaks ... thank God for attuning our bodies to such rhythm that we just cannot live without having breaks in between =)
